Returns policy

You have 14 days from the date of postage to request a refund or exchange. In the event that you aren’t happy with your order, please email us on enlightenmentwax.yahoo.com with your details and we will try to resolve the issue. Please allow 48-72 hours for us to respond to your email.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot refund any wax melts that have been used, or opened. If your purchase has arrived damaged please note broken wax melts will not be refunded because melts are made to be broken and will still smell amazing. Returns must be made with the original packaging, and the wax melt packaging must not be open/tampered with. Also note that wax does melt in hot temperatures, so We are unable to offer free returns, as we are a small business, but we will do our best to deal with your concerns.
